The issue with Performance Marketing Today

Most B2B companies are
burning money
on paid media. Here’s why.

Your channels run on separate tools, owned by separate teams, reporting on separate timelines. And nobody can prove which spend drove revenue.
Inside our Paid Marketing System

Most agencies use AI. Our AI runs the system.

A senior strategist backed by always-on AI agents monitoring and optimizing every account.
the agentic stack

Five proprietary AI agents. Running on every account.
24/7

Slack Performance CoPilot

Ask it "which campaigns should we pause?" and it answers by SQL quality and funnel health — not surface metrics. Pacing, anomalies and fixes land in Slack, ready to approve in a tap.

Google Ads Audit Agent

Scores your whole account — structure, cost savings, quality scores, LP performance, scaling potential — continuously, not once a quarter.

Scaling Potential Analyzer

Finds campaigns capped by budget, impression share or rank — and calculates exactly how much more reach and conversions you can unlock, with the spend required.

Landing Page Research & Copy Agent

An 11-module pipeline that mines Reddit, G2 and Quora for voice-of-customer, reads competitor pages, and writes research-backed LP copy grounded in real buyer language.

Search-Term Negation Agent

Watches what people type to trigger your Ads and pulls the irrelevant ones into a negation list ready to approve. Runs continuously instead of the quarterly clean-up, so waste gets caught in days.

One orchestrator routes data between them — pulling from Google, Meta & LinkedIn APIs, HubSpot/Salesforce and GA4, with memory of every prior decision. Monitoring and low-risk moves run automatically; spend changes over 10% wait for one-click human approval.

What We Cover

Demand capture + demand generation. One unified engine.

Most agencies do one or the other. We integrate them as one closed loop — search captures what LinkedIn creates, LinkedIn warms what search converts — with one team accountable to pipeline, not six dashboards that disagree.

Paid Search

Brand defense and non-brand expansion structured separately, region by region. PMax and Demand Gen kept on conversion-value guardrails — optimized against pipeline, not the cheapest conversion.

Outcome: lower cost per opportunity, not just per click.

Paid Social

ICP and job-title audience architecture with a weekly creative cadence built for B2B attention. A/B/C testing across hook, angle and format at 10x manual velocity.

Outcome: a demand engine, not one-off boosted posts.

ABM & Intent

Target-account lists enriched in Clay, layered with G2 and competitor intent. Budget concentrates on accounts showing real signal — and sales knows the moment they do.

Outcome: spend follows accounts already raising a hand.

Programmatic & Retargeting

Stay in front of in-market accounts across the
open web and social after they leave.
Frequency-capped by company, sequenced
by buying stage — no budget burned on the
already-converted.

Outcome: warm accounts re-engaged, not retargeted to death.

Tracking, Attribution & Reporting

Server-side tracking, offline conversions fed back to the platforms, and CFO-ready dashboards joining Ads + CRM data. Every budget review starts from pipeline, not a click-and-impression dump.

Outcome: every dollar maps to pipeline and closed-won.

The part most agencies skip - and our biggest edge. We rebuild the plumbing so the ad algorithms learns to chase real pipeline, not whoever fills a form.

tracking & attribution

If you can’t measure it to revenue, you can’t optimize it for revenue

How an engagement runs

A loop, not a
launch.

Tracking fixed, campaigns restructured, agents deployed — pipeline signals inside 30 days. Here's what the first 90 look like.
More proof

What it looks like when paid is
engineered

6x

Revenue growth on flat ad spend. Scaled only the campaigns clearing 1.0 ROAS while pausing the rest, lifting ROAS from 0.6 to 3.7 in nine months.

42%

Reduction in cost per SQL. Ran BOFU LinkedIn lead-gen and ABM-Lite ads against high-priority accounts while consolidating 50+ search campaigns into 30, lifting ROAS 45%.

94%

Increase in MQLs in 14 months. Reallocated 60% of spend from India to the US and launched brand-protection campaigns, moving monthly MQLs from 257 to 501.

We don't profit from your spend

Flat retainer, never a percentage of ad spend. Spend more and we earn nothing extra — so we've no reason to inflate your budget. The only number we're paid to move is pipeline.

We'll tell you to spend less

If the audit says cut, we say cut. In a real share of audits we recommend lowering spend, not raising it. We'd rather keep a client for years than pad a single quarter.

You own everything

Your ad accounts, your data, your dashboards. Pipeline-tied reporting joins ad and CRM data into one view — the one you can actually defend to the board. No lock-in, ever.
The team

Senior strategists, backed by AI.
Not analysts
learning on your dime.

Every account gets a dedicated cross-functional team - people who've managed budgets like yours and reported to the CFOs you report to - paired with five AI agents running 24/7.
tech stack

Best-in-class tooling - plus
infrastructure
nobody else has

We use the same platforms everyone else does. The difference is the proprietary agent layer running on top of them, trained on $300M+ in campaign data.
Pricing

One engine.
One simple price.

Everything you need to turn paid media into a predictable pipeline engine — in a single plan. No percentage of ad spend, ever.

The rest of our Paid Media System

Most teams come to us to fix one bottleneck and stay for the system. Here is the rest of what we engineer.

The questions every paid lead asks us

Do you take a percentage of our ad spend?

No — and we never will. We charge a flat monthly retainer. Whether you spend $20k or $200k a month, our fee doesn't change, so we have zero incentive to inflate your budget. The only number we're paid to move is pipeline.then we usually go month-to-month from there.

Is there a minimum ad spend to work with you?

We work across a wide range — from companies starting at ~$10k/month to teams managing $200k+/month. What matters more than spend size is that you can connect Ads to pipeline. If you can't yet, fixing that is the first thing we do.

How fast will we see results?

Tracking is fixed and campaigns restructured inside the first 30 days, with first pipeline signals typically within 30 days. Meaningful efficiency gains usually show by day 60–90. Our median client sees a 40–60% CAC reduction within six months.

Are the AI agents actually doing the work, or is it people?

Both — by design. The agents handle the always-on reflexes: audits, search-term negation, pacing alerts, fatigue detection, scaling analysis. Your senior strategist owns the judgment calls, and any material change (spend shifts over 10%, campaign pauses) routes to a human for one-click approval. It's human-in-the-loop, not hands-off automation.

Which channels and platforms do you cover?

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, plus programmatic and display retargeting. On the ABM side we orchestrate across Demandbase, RollWorks, Clay and your CRM. We're a Google Premier, Meta, LinkedIn and HubSpot Gold partner.

Do you work with our existing CRM and tracking?

Yes. We're a HubSpot Gold Partner and work natively with HubSpot and Salesforce, plus GA4 and server-side tracking. We feed offline conversions (SQL, Opportunity, Closed-Won) back to the platforms so bidding optimizes toward revenue, not form-fills.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do — always. Your ad accounts, your CRM, your dashboards, your historical data. There's no lock-in: if you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Are you locked into a long-term contract?

No long-term lock-in. The retainer is billed monthly. We'd rather earn the renewal every quarter by moving pipeline than trap you in a 12-month commitment.
